Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with the ethnic elders of Musa Kala district

Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with the ethnic elders of Musa Kala district of Helmand province. 
They discussed and exchanged ideas about solving the water scarcity problems faced by the people of that district. 
During the visit, the ethnic elders requested the implementation of the Musa Kala dam project and check dam projects in the district. The Acting Minister of Energy and Water assured them that their problems would be addressed by considering the available possibilities.
