Acting Minister of Energy and Water met with the adviser of the Turkish ambassador and the vice president of 77 Turkish Construction Company
 Acting Minister of Energy and Water H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor met with the Advisor of the Turkish Ambassador cengiz Aydemir and vice president of 77 Turkish Construction Company Burak Onsal in his office and they discussed and exchanged ideas about the implementation of water and energy projects. 
 In this meeting, the Acting Minister of Energy and Water asked the vice president of this company to start the practical works of the 200 MW wind power and the second Sarobi 2 dam projects in Herat province as soon as possible.
 At the same time, the vice president of the mentioned company, while thanking the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water in this visit, said, that soon they will start the practical works of the 200 MW wind power project in Herat province.
 It is worth noting that some time ago, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water and the President of the 77 Turkish Construction Company signed a cooperation agreement for the  investment in the 200 MW wind power generation project in Kashk and Guzare districts of Herat province and the construction of the sarobi 2 dam, and it has been decided that the practical works will start in the near future.
