The Acting Minister met with officials from Mes Aynak Mining Contracting Company

The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Alhaj Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, recently met with officials from Mes Aynak Mining Contracting Company of Logar Province. 
The discussions focused on joint cooperation for providing water and electricity during the extraction process at the Mes Aynak mine. During the meeting, company officials presented information about their activities and plans, requesting the Ministry of Energy and Water's leadership to supply the necessary water and energy for the mine's extraction process. 
The Acting Minister, highlighting the project's value, assured cooperation from the Ministry and stressed the need for a joint committee involving representatives from the Ministries of Energy and Water, Mines and Petroleum, Information and Culture, as well as the contractor company. This collaborative effort aims to expedite the project effectively.
It's noteworthy that in a previous meeting, the Deputy Minister of Water discussed coordinating with the company officials to identify water sources and ensure the necessary water supply for the mine's extraction process.
