The leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water discussed the water supply projects of Kabul city

The leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water discussed the water supply projects of Kabul city in a meeting with the officials of the Sadaat business group. The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, and the Deputy Minister of Water of this Ministry, Honorable Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, met with the officials of Sadaat business group. In this meeting, Sadaat business group officials expressed their willingness to invest in drinking water supply projects in Kabul city.
The Acting Minister of Energy and Water referred to the vital issue of providing drinking water in Kabul city and mentioned that the Ministry is working on specific programs to provide drinking water to kabul city, These programs include water transfer from Panjshir to Kabul, Shah and Arus Dam, Lalandar and Shatot Dam, and water transfer from Jalriz to Kabul. 
H.E. Mansoor added that the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water welcomes any company that can cooperate with them in implementing these projects. The Acting Minister emphasized the importance of valuing the issue of providing drinking water for the city of Kabul and highlighted the need to undertake practical work as soon as possible.
