A meeting was held to prevent illegal use of water from Arghandab, Helmand and other rivers by means of water pumps.

 The meeting was chaired by Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, In the presence of, Deputy Minister of Water, Ministry of Energy and Water, Mr. Maulawi Baz Mohammad Faizan, Deputy Minister of Irrigation and Natural Resources, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Commander of the Department of Protection of Ministries and Government Departments, Azizullah Mahmood, in the Deputy Ministry of Water of the ministry of Energy and Water.

 In this meeting, there was a discussion and exchange of views on various topics, especially the third clause of the 26th Resolution of the Cabinet dated 13/8/1444, in which decisions were made regarding the research of Arghandab, Helmand and other rivers, And in order to investigate the problems of the people of Kandahar, Helmand, Uruzgan and Zabul provinces, a delegation headed by Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Water of the Ministry of Energy and Water, will visit these provinces.

 Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, emphasized on making this trip as soon as possible in order to solve the problems of the people of the mentioned provinces in the use of water by means of water pumps and to investigate the rivers of those provinces and Necessary decisions were taken.
