The Chairman of Baghlan river basin, Maulawi Muhibullah Adel, visited the cleaning process of Jangharaq canal in central Baghlan district of Baghlan province.
This canal has the capacity to irrigate 3,900 hectares of agricultural land, which’s cleaning work is done at the cost of two and a half million Afghanis, which’s paid by the local people.
