A consultation meeting was held regarding the finalization of the drinking water supply plan for Kabul city and the wage bill for water sources.

The meeting was chaired by the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water Mr. Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor, in the presence of Acting Minister of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Irrigation and Natural Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Maulawi Baz Muhammad Faizan, Moulawi Muhammad Khalid Sobhani, Deputy Minister of Urban Services of Kabul Municipality, Directors and Representatives Of the Ministry Of Finance, Economy, Urban Development and Housing Ministries, Urban Water Supply and Sewage Company and Environmental Protection Directorate.
In this meeting, there was a discussion and an exchange of ideas about finalization of drinking water supply plan to Kabul city and the water resource payment plan.
 In the continuation of the mentioned meeting, after examining the opinions of all relevant departments, the necessary agreements were made on most of the cases and only the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development and the Urban Water Supply and Sewage Company's opinions were assigned to a special technical committee, So that their ideas can be studied and analyzed again.
It is worth noting that the mentioned plans were made in order to supply drinking water to Kabul city based on the fourth (4) clause of the second numbered resolution of the Cabinet 1444, and the guidance of the Honorable Office of Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, and to solve the problems of the mentioned part, and after completion, it will be sent to the The office of The Deputy Minister Of Administrative Affairs Of The Islamic Emirate Of Afghanistan.
