A meeting was held to release the water of Salma Dam
The meeting was held in the meeting hall of Herat Governor’s office in the presence of the governor of heart province Maulana Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, Head of Lower Harirud sub river basin Mr. Sardar Wali Muzamal and representatives of 8 districts along Harirud.
In this meeting, it was decided that the water from Salma Dam will be be released to Chisht, Uba and Pashtun Zarghon districts for 6 and a half days, then to Anjel and Guzre for 5 days and then to for 5 days to Zinda Jan, Khasan, And Ghorian districts.
