In the weekly technical meeting of the Deputy Water Ministry of the Ministry of Energy and Water, several important technical topics were investigated and discussed
The meeting was held under the leadership of The deputy Minister of Water of the ministry of Energy and Water Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada with the participation of directors, advisers and a number of engineers of the water sector.
In this meeting, complete information about the state of the country's water resources and the effects of climate change on them was presented during a presentation, and the problems, obstacles and solutions were discussed and Ideas were exchanged comprehensively.
Also, in the continuation of the meeting, several other important technical topics such as raising awareness about water saving in Kabul city, carrying out the feasibility studies of Shah and Arus Dam water supply studies, Sarda Dam studies Feasibility study, studies and design of water transfer project from Panjshir to Kabul and other topics related to water management were discussed and ideas were exchanged.
Mr. Deputy minister of Water, after examining the mentioned topics, made the necessary recommendations to the relevant officials in order to implement them better.
