The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with ethnic elders from Chahar Barjak district of Nimroz province. 
During the meeting, H.E discussed the pressing issue of water scarcity in Nimroz province and listened to the concerns of the ethnic elders. The elders emphasized the seriousness of the water shortage problem, mentioning that the people of Chahar Burjak district are struggling to access drinking water. The Acting Minister acknowledged the impact of climate change and frequent droughts and assured the elders that the Ministry is making every effort to address the challenges faced by the people of Nimroz province. It's worth noting that earlier, the members of the Baloch Integration Council of Afghanistan had also expressed their concerns about the water shortage in Nimroz province and requested the Ministry's attention to resolve the issue.
