The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with the Ambassador of Afghanistan in China, Honorable Said Mohaiuddin Sadat, at his office.

During the meeting, they discussed and exchanged ideas about enhancing cooperation between the two countries to attract Chinese investors for investment in Afghanistan and implementation of water and energy projects.

The Acting Minister recommended the necessary steps for Chinese investors to invest in water and energy projects in Afghanistan, aiming for improved coordination and better integration of the affairs.

The Afghan ambassador in China emphasized that numerous Chinese investors are eager to invest in solar power, wind, coal, and water resources projects in Afghanistan, and it is vital to create suitable opportunities for these investments.
