An agreement has been signed with Awfi Bahram Company to implement a 10 MW solar power project in the Tarakhil area of Kabul province. 
The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E Alhaj Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, signed an agreement with the President of Awfi Bahram Mining and Processing Trading Company for the implementation of the 10-megawatt solar power generation project. 
According to this contract, the project's implementation will commence soon with investments from Awfi Bahram Company. 
It's worth noting that a cooperation agreement was previously signed between the Ministry of Energy and Water and Awfi Bahram Mining and Processing Company, for the investment in this project, This recent agreement also solidifies the commitment of both parties to achieve their goals.
