A cooperation agreement was signed with Gulbahar Invest Company in the field of electricity production from coal and gas sources.

 Acting Minister of Energy and Water, Honorable Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, in his office, while the Deputy Minister of Energy, Honorable Mullah Abdul Qahir Idris, chiefs and technical officials were present, signed a joint cooperation agreement with Mr. Haji Gulbahar Habibi head of Gulbahar Invest Company In the field of electricity production from coal and gas sources. 
 This agreement was signed for the purpose of joint technical cooperation between the two parties for the development of the company's investment in the construction of a power plant from coal and gas sources.
 It is worth mentioning that some time ago, in a meeting with the Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, officials of Gulbahar Group expressed their interest in building an electricity productive power plant with a capacity of 100 to 200 megawatts from coal and gas sources and agreed on the coordination of affairs, so that the joint cooperation agreement between the two sides could be signed as soon as possible.
