The governor of Herat expressed his support for the implementation of the 200 MW wind power generation project in this province. The Chairman of the Harirud-Marghab General river basin, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Mastofi Agha, and the vice president of 77 Turkish Company met with the Governor of Herat, Maulana Noor Ahmad Islam Jar. 
They discussed and exchanged ideas on the status of the 200 MW wind power generation project in this province. 
In this meeting, the governor of Herat assured cooperation with the Chairman of the River basin and the vice president of the mentioned company in the implementation of this project and expressed his support.
