The new Deputy Minister of Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Water was introduced to the employees of this Ministry

 Honorable Mula Abdul Qahir Idris was introduced to the staff of the ministry by the acting minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor, and the Deputy Director of The Administrative Office of the President (A.O.P), Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (I.E.A) Maulawi Saifuddin Taib, as the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Water.

 The program started with the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran by the Imam of the Ministry's Mosque, Maulawi Syed Haroon, and was conducted by the Head of Information and Broadcasting of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Mr. Alhaji Ghulam Jilani Haqparast, The Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Honorable Maulawi Attaullah Omari, Deputy Minister of Water of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Honorable Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, and many other officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were also present.

 The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water Mula Abdul Latif Mansoor, in the ceremony of introducing the new Deputy minister of this ministry, pointed out the importance of the energy sector in the country and also mentioned the Valuable actions and performances of Mula Abdul Qahar Idris in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, And he also mentioned his noble actions and especially his stewardship and management period in the Afghanistan Bank Department.

 In the continuation of the meeting, Deputy Director of The Administrative Office of the President (A.O.P), Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (I.E.A) Maulawi Saifuddin Taib read the commandment of the new Deputy Minister of Energy and asked him for success in the way of serving the nation and the people.

 At the same time, in this program, the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Mr. Mula Abdul Qahir Idris, pointed out his actions and achievements in the Afghanistan Bank and Commit to efforts in the direction of self-sufficiency in the energy sector of the country.

 On the other hand, Honorable Maulawi Attaullah Omari, Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, at the end of the program, he prayed for Honorable Idris and all the officials of the Islamic Emirate to serve the people and asked for their success.

 It is worth noting that the new Deputy Minister of Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Water Mula Abdul Qahir Idris has been the General Chairman of the Bank of Afghanistan since the re reign of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and he has also served as the general manager of financial affairs of the islamic emirate of Afghanistan during the period of American occupation, and has done his works successfully.
