Capacity building seminar for the employees of the Ministry of Energy and Water was held in cooperation with the Horizon Study and Research Institute.

 This seminar was held with the participation of Mr. Qari Muhammad Abdulaziz Aziz, the General Chief Of Staff of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Dr. Farooq Azam, the official advisor of the ministry, Mr. Abdulwaris Khanzoi, the executive director of the research studies of the Horizon Organization, and all the Directors of the Ministry of Energy and Water, in the meeting hall of the ministry.

 The seminar started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Honorable preacher Abdul Wahid and in the continuation of the seminar, the General Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Energy and Water Mr. Qari Muhammad Abdulaziz Aziz talked about the values ​​of such seminars and asked the employees of the ministry to improve their professional and administrative skills in order to serve the nation and the people.

 Also, the Honorable Dr. Farooq Azam, the official advisor of the Ministry of Energy and Water, in his speech, pointed out the importance of management in the affairs of life and considered the educational programs necessary for the improvement of performance.

 In the end, the executive director of the Horizon Study and Research Organization, Mr. Abdulwaris Khanzoi, presented information about the activities of this organization and added that Afghanistan needs sincere, committed and expert people to reach the settlement and self-sufficiency.

 It is worth noting that in this seminar all the employees of the Ministry of Energy and Water were given the necessary information about time management, human resources management, material resources management and all matters related to leadership and management.
