A weekly technical meeting of the Deputy ministry of water was held regarding the speeding up of the strengthening project of the banks of the Amu River

 The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Water, Ministry of Energy and Water, in the meeting hall of the mentioned Ministry, with the participation of heads, advisers and technical officials.

 In this meeting, various topics were discussed, especially in the protection of lands and houses under the influence of the Amo river, and to take necessary measures to prevent the occurrence of more problems and also on how to implement the prepared plans by this ministry, a discussion and exchange of ideas was held and necessary decisions were taken.

 At the end of the meeting, Mr. Deputy minister, after a thorough investigation of the issues, gave the necessary instructions and assigned specific tasks to the relevant departments for the quick implementation of the plans to prevent the damage of the Amu River, and emphasized on the speeding up the affairs.
