The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Alhaj Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, recently met with ethnic elders of Roohani Baba district in Paktia province. During the meeting, they discussed the implementation of water and energy projects in the district. The ethnic elders shared their problems and suggestions, emphasizing the need for projects such as the electricity supply project, the construction of the Gaviyan dam, and check dam projects.
