The acting minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water met with the governors of Herat, Ghor and Badghis provinces

 Acting Minister of Energy and Water Ministry Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor met with Herat Governor Sheikh Al Hadith Maulana Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, Ghor Governor Mulla Ahmad Shah Deen Dost and Badghis Governor Mulla Abdul Samad Javed in his office.

 In this meeting, the governors of Herat, Ghor and Badghis provinces shared the problems of the people of these provinces with the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water and requested the implementation of water and energy projects in these provinces.

 The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water assured the governors of the mentioned provinces that the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water is trying to address the water and electricity problems of the mentioned provinces by considering the available possibilities.

 Also, in this visit, he talked about the start of the 200 MW electricity generation project from wind sources in Herat province and as well mentioned that, He will also talk to the delegation of Turkmenistan about the construction of the Tap power line transmission project, so that it’s works can start in the future.
