Brief biography
Hematullah Aminzay son of Assadullah Aminzay in Dara e tukarak village barkh district of Maidan Wardak province in one religious’ family.
He completed his primary and secondary education at Shaheed Mohammad Musa secondary in Narkh district of maindan Wardak province and graduated with honor from Nadria high school in Kabul after passing the entrance exam (kankor) he received his first bachelor degree from the faculty of civil engineering, industrial and civil building department from polytechnic university Kabul and has second bachelor degree is in a public administration from Peshgam university and his third bachelor’s degree is in law and political science from Nayestan university and has master degree in public administration & communication from Payam e Noor university.
Hematullah Aminzay is fluent in three national and international languages (Pashto, Dari and English) in his life he recorded many achievements in the field of teaching and writing and official affairs, 27 of his books have been published in various scientific, literary and research sections.
In order to serve the beloved country Mr. Aminzay not only focus on writing, but also worked in administrations and technical departments in various governmental and non-governmental ministries and administrations of the country.
He has spent many years in keys positions such as deputy director of the national radio and television of Afghanistan (RTA) of Afghanistan, different key positions at ministry of education such as head of curriculum development, head of technical and vocational teacher training, head of afghan institute of technology, Professor & Head of the Professional Institute of Journalism and also worked as Kabul Municipality, Press Advisor and Head of the 10th and 3rd Districts, also worked at ministry of transport as a Senior Press Advisor and chief of staff, for nearly a decade and a half (15 year) senior members of the Afghan Journalists Union & Now Mr. Aminzay is currently serves as Head of the Press and Public Relations & chief of staff of national water affairs regulation authority.
