The head of the Ghorband-Charikar sub river basin met with the advisor of the Ministry of Energy and Water Honorable Engineer Mujib ur Rahman Habibi, the head of Ghorband-Charikar sub river basin, met with the advisor of the Ministry of Energy and Water Dr. Farooq Azam in his office and shared with him the existing problems in the mentioned river basin. In this visit, the head of the sub river basin shared with Mr. Azam the problems of connecting solar power to the water pump canal, the increase of sediments in the general canal of Parwan, the destruction of seals and safes, and the lack of water in Parwan province. The advisor of the Ministry of Energy and Water promised in the meeting that he will share these problems with the leadership of the Ministry.
