A meeting was held for the purpose of making a plan for the year 1402 SH in Ningarhar sub river basin

 The meeting was held with the participation of Mr. Syed Fazl Ahad Hashmi, the head of Nangarhar sub river basin and all the employees.

 In this meeting, the achievements of the year 1401 SH were discussed and Mr. Hashemi instructed all the employees to give priority to the matters that are needed in the plan for the year 1402 SH.

 nevertheless, under the supervision of Mr. Hashemi and the officials of administrative reforms and civil services, the employees of the mentioned department were also trained.
