The research meeting of the major projects was held in the deputy ministry of water of the Ministry of Energy and Water.

 The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Water Of the Ministry of Energy and Water, with the participation of representatives of ministries and related Departments.

In this meeting, a discussion and exchange of views were held regarding the Shahi Canal project in Laghman province, which is related to the Ministry of Energy and Water, and it was decided that if the budget is available, the project should be completed as soon as possible and the technical officials of the Ministry should complete the design and technical studies.

 Also, in the continuation of the meeting, discussions and exchange of views were held on the projects of the Ministry of Public Works, such as the Jawzjan-Sirpul road and the internal roads of Aibak, Mazar-e-Sharif, Maimana, Farah and Zaranj cities.

 It is worth mentioning that this delegation was appointed by the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to investigate and study all major contracts and finally submit the results of their investigation to the Economic Commission of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in a complete report.
