The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, Deputy Minister of Water of the Ministry of Energy and Water, with the participation of Directors of the water sector, sub-river basins of Kapisa and Parwan provinces, advisers and technical officials.
