The works of a canal in Khadimi area of Alishiro district of Khost province with a length of 1375 meters worth one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars (175000), were handed over to use in the presence of the head of Shamal Khorram sub river basin, the district governor of Alishiro district, the liaison office of engineers, And tribal leaders.
The work of this project was completed within four months by the technical cooperation of shamal khurram sub river basin, with the financial support of the Swiss Aid and Development department by the liaison office.
It is worth mentioning that this canal has the capacity to irrigate 1320 acres of agricultural land and 3840 people will benefit from it.
