The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E Alhaj Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor, inaugurated a public project

The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E Alhaj Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor, inaugurated a public project worth 1,780,000 USD in Nazian district of Nangarhar province. 
The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, During a meeting in Nazian district, in the presence of the governor of Nangarhar, local officials, and many residents of the area, inaugurated the project. 
The project includes the rehabilitation of irrigation canals, construction of check dams for rainwater storage, and rehabilitation of flumes. 
The Acting Minister of Energy and Water Beside thanking the PMS Organization of Japan for implementing this project, mentioned that the officials of the Islamic Emirate are working day and night for the country's development. H.E. Mansoor briefly mentioned the achievements of the Islamic Emirate and emphasized that many projects have been opened in the field of water resource management and energy development. It is worth noting that this project is being implemented in the region by the P.M.S. organization of Japan, and many citizens will benefit from it.
