The Qargha dam conservation and meditation project has been completed and opened

The Mentioned project was opened in the presence of the, Chief of Kabul General River Basin Engineer Habib ur Rahman Haqpal, the Chief General of Water Facilities Engineering Services, Honorable Engineer Abdul Ghafoor Omari, the Honorable Dr. Muhammad Abid Anwarzi, the Chief General of Energy Services, the Chairman of Kabul Middle sub river basin, Honorable Wali Muhammad Taib, Deputy Governor of Paghman District, Maulawi Muhammad Yaqoob Haqqani, Head of Information and Broadcasting, Honorable Alhaj Ghulam Jailani Haqparast, and a number of officials and directors of the Ministry of Energy and Water.
At the beginning of the program, the Chairman of Kabul Middle Sub river basin, Maulawi Wali Muhammad Taib, welcomed the guests and said that the opening of this project was a valuable step in the field of water management and water facilities.
In the continuation of the program, the honorable engineer Habib ur Rahman Haqpal, the head of the Kabul General river basin, spoke about the situation of the surface and underground waters of Kabul city in the opening meeting of this project and he called the implementation of this project a good achievement in the field of conservation and meditation of Qargha Dam.
Also, the Deputy Governor of Paghman district, Maulawi Muhammad Yaqoob Haqqani, briefly mentioned the achievements of the Islamic Emirate and mentioned that the people of Afghanistan will witness the further achievements of the Islamic Emirate in every field in the future.
In the end, the Head of Information and Broadcasting of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Honorable Alhaj Ghulam Jailani Haqparast, briefly pointed out the value of unity among the people and the cooperation between the people and the government and ended the program by praying.
