Notification for intention to contract award(Shahi Cananl first Phase)

The National Procurement Authority(NPA) on behalf of Ministry of Energy and Water  (MEW) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is supposed to award the contract, for the  Construction of Shahi Cananl first Phase, Laghman Province under the IFB: NPA/MEW/98/W-2384/ICB, with Excellent planning and Construction company and Mashriq Engineering Construction company (JV), , having Llicenses No. D-22256 and D-3160-3 located at: Baghi Bala road, Karta-I- parwan,4th District, Kabul, Afghanistan, with total Value of USD 7,990,494 (Seven million Nine hundred Ninety Thousand four hundred ninety four). Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the The National Procurement Authority (NPA)/ from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
