The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water met with the Ethnic elders of Zurmat district of Paktia province.

The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water Mr. Mulla Abdul Latif Mansour met with the ethnic elders of Zurmat district of Paktia province and discussed the implementation of water and energy projects in that district.

In this visit, zurmat district’s ethnic elders shared their problems and suggestions with the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water and requested the construction of water dams in the mentioned district.

The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, during the visit, kindfully mentioned Unity and Hardships of the people of Zurmat district, and assured them that the ministry is considering it in its future plan so that they will implement the water dams building projects in Paktia province, which is currently undergoing technical research and necessary studies.
