The National Water Affairs Regulation Authority (NWARA) intends to award the contract for Procurement of Rehabilitation and Construction of Subprojects (Chardara Irrigation Canal) in Kunduz Province, NPA’s Ref No: NPA/NWARA/NCB/W-6823/99 to M/s Biltek Afghan Construction Company at a total amount of USD 2,843,456.23 (Two Million Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents) inclusive of 10% Contingency over item number II (civil work) amounting to USD 204,811.57 (Two Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and Fifty Seven Cents) and provisional sum amounting to USD 160,704.00 (One Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Four Dollars
The ground for protest is open, starting from date of announcement of this intention for award and will close within 7 days. Protest shall not be accepted beyond the deadline. Protest must be addressed in writing to the National Water Affairs Regulation Authority located at Darulaman Road, in front of Sanatorium street, Kabul Afghanistan.
This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
