Notification for Intention to contract award (PMO Office Building)

The Ministry of Energy and Water of Afghanistan (MEW) is supposed to award the Contract Construction of PMO Office Building under the contract No. MEW/WRDIP-P1/NCB/Addtl 04 with M/s Nabi Afghan Construction Company (NACC) having license in order No. D-29966 located in 1st street of Kart-e-Naw, Kabul in the amount of 17,093,454.00 Afghani (Seventeen Million Ninety-Three Thousands Four Hundred Fifty-Four Afghani) inclusive of 6% Contingency amounting to 967,454.00 Afghani.

Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Ministry of Energy and Water from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
