The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water met with the ethnic elders of Qarabagh district of Kabul province
 Honorable Mulla Abdul Latif Mansoor, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, met with the ethnic elders of Qarabagh district of Kabul province and discussed the needs of the people of this district for water and energy projects.
 The district ethnic elders shared their suggestions with the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water and requested the implementation of water and energy development projects.
 Acting Minister of Energy and Water assured the ethnic elders of the mentioned district that their problems will be addressed by considering the available possibilities.
