From the decisions of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Cabinet meeting.

 Under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Water and Energy, the delegation including the Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Interior and Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock is entrusted with the task of using water pumps from common rivers such as Arghandab River, Helmand River and other rivers.  Taking into consideration the report of the appointed delegation on the basis of the decisions of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Cabinet dated 15/7/1444 (22) number of resolutions (1-1) and (1-2) clauses regarding the method of implementation  To avoid these problems, they should visit the areas and talk to the local people to solve the problems, In order to solve the issue, they should make a comprehensive plan and present it to the cabinet meeting for decision making.
