د نړیوال بانک چارواکی ښاغلی دیمیک او د IFC دفتر مشر، د اوبو او انرژی وزارت سرپرست ښاغلی انجنیر محمد ګل خُلمی سره په لیدنه کی د دغه انرژی د پروژو په مرستو او پرمخ وړلو ټینګار وکړ.
د اوبو او انرژی وزارت سرپرست ښاغلی انجنیرمحمد ګل خُلمی د خوشحالی د څرګندولو په څنګ کی د نړیوال بانک د مرستو او د IFC دفتر د انرژی سکټور او د اوبو او انرژی وزارت نورو برخو کی د دغو دواړو نهادونو په دوام باندی ټینګار وکړ.
ښاغلی دیمیک او د IFC دفتر همکارانو د اوبو او انرژی وزارت سره په ځانګړی توګه د نوی کیدو وړ انرژی سربیره د لمریزی او بادی انرژی په برخه کی په دوامداره ملګرتیا ژمنه وکړه.
