The Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E. Alhaj Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with the Governor of Badghis, Honorable Mullah Abdul Samad Javed, in his office to discuss water and energy projects in the province.

During the visit, the governor of Badghis shared the problems and needs of the province's people in the field of water and energy development projects with the Acting Minister of Energy and Water. The Acting Minister assured the Governor of Badghis that the issues faced by the province's people would be addressed, taking into account the available resources.
