Public Notice of Contract Award Decision

The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, acting on behalf of Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW), hereby gives notice of its intention to award the contract for the project entitled:

“Electrification of Balchiragh, Garziwan and Pashtun Kot Districts of Faryab Province,” under Tender No. NPD/MoWE/1404/NCB/W-2668, to M/s State Corps, located at Kabul–Nandari Road, District 8, Kabul City, for a total contract price of 1,120,000,000 AFN.

This notice is published for transparency purposes and in compliance with the applicable procurement regulations. Any bidder or interested party who wishes to raise an objection may submit a written complaint, together with supporting justification, in accordance with the procurement procedures, within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, National Procurement Directorate, Technical Deputy, Procurement Facilitation Department, First Floor, Pashtunistan Watt, Kabul, Afghanistan.

This notice does not constitute a contract award or contract signature. The contract shall not be signed until the expiration of the standstill period and the completion of all required legal and administrative procedures.
