The Deputy Ministry of Energy held its weekly technical meeting

The Deputy Ministry of Energy held its weekly technical and administrative meeting, Chaired by Honorable Qari Muhammad Abdulaziz Aziz, the Director General of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Energy and Water, and Caretaker of the Deputy Ministry of Energy, the meeting saw the participation of ministry directors, advisers, and technical officials. 
The session encompassed discussions and idea exchanges on diverse technical and administrative matters within the energy sector, This included topics like wind research tower installation, coordination with international energy and renewable energy organizations, and creating a support fund for renewable energy projects.
One of the key decisions was related to the activation and installation of 15 research wind towers, Of these, 7 cost-effective towers will be activated in their current locations for six months, followed by a final decision based on analysis of data. Additionally, 8 relatively expensive towers with less effective wind statistics will be installed in new locations to enhance their efficiency.
Furthermore, the meeting entailed plans for bilateral coordination and cooperation with international energy organizations like SAARC, ECO, Charter Energy, and other renewable energy entities. Departments were tasked with identifying focal points to facilitate collaboration with these organizations.
Simultaneously, a comprehensive plan will be developed to establish a support fund for implementing renewable energy projects. 
The Director General of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Energy and Water commended the improved energy services organization process. Emphasis was placed on executing tasks as a committee to enhance implementation of the affairs. Honorable Aziz urged directors to daily review the selected committees' activities and assist in their enhancement and acceleration.
