 The press conference was held by Deputy Minister of Water of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Mujib ur Rahman Umar Akhundzada, with the participation of Head of Information and Broadcasting Alhaj Ghulam Jailani Haqparast, Head of Water Programs Honorable Engineer Rafiullah Stanakzai, Honorable Engineer Farhad Mahmoodi, Head of Energy Programs, honorable engineer Shafiq Wakil, the head of the quality control of water projects and the honorable engineer Munir Ahmad Yousafzai, the technical expert of the Deputy Ministry of Energy.
 In the process of the mentioned press conference, the Honorable Deputy Minister of Water presented all the necessary information about the activities of the Ministry of Energy and Water for the fiscal year and said: "Continuation of incomplete projects, Taking the necessary measures to strengthen the banks of the Amu River, preparing comprehensive and effective plans for water resource management and drinking water supply in big cities, especially in Kabul city, renewing electricity contracts with Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, Consolidation, analysis and preparation of legal documents, preparation of opportunities for attracting investment in water management and energy production projects are among the necessary actions of this ministry in the 1401 fiscal year.
 In the continuation of his speech, Deputy Minister of Water of the Ministry of Energy and Water explained that: "In the process of fiscal year 1401, the practical works of the first part of the second phase of Kajaki dam in Helmand province have been completed, the third phase of Kamal Khan dam in Nimroz province, and Shah and Aros dam in Kabul, Tori dam in Zabul province and along the Namak Aab canal in Takhar province, the river improvement works are going on, and the Resumption of Pashdan dam in Herat and Bakhshabad dam in Farah are planned.
 Also, Mr. Akhundzada mentioned in his speech that 360 projects including dams, irrigation canals and check dams have been implemented in the last year with the cooperation of international organizations.
 In the continuation of this press conference, the Honorable Deputy Minister of Water and all the heads of the Ministry of Energy and Water presented complete information about the achievements of the fiscal year 1401 and the programs of the year 1402 and provided the necessary answers to the journalists' questions.
